DORVAL PARK TURF NOTES MONTREAL, Que., Sept 9. J. W. Dayton claimed Sea Fairy from J. Samuels for ,500. O. Wendel is an arrival from Quebsc City with unfavorable reports on the meeting there. Wanderlust was put on the schooling list as a result of her delaying the start in the first race. T. J. Donohue turned H. P. Whitneys Wavecrest over to J. W. Healy, Sr., for training. Commander J. K. L. Ross will not campaign at any of the winter race tracks for the 1924-1925 season. The horses of this establishment probably will be wintered at Louisville. The Ross contract on Pete Walls expires this fall. The lad will not ride during the winter according to present plans and likely will not ride over this circuit next year, although it is understood he can have a contract with the Ross Stable if he elects.
