LAST RITES FOR BREEDER LEXINGTON, Ky., Sept 9. J. Van Shipp, owner of Sunny Slope Farm, near Midway, in Woodford County, died late Sunday and his funeral was held today from his late residence. Death came after a stroke of paralysis, which he suffered earlier in tho day. He was 03 years old and was widely known in breeding and racing circles.
