CHILHOWEE AT LAT0N1A LATONIA, Ky., Sept 9. Chilhowee, the Latonia Derby winner, which has not started in a race since he won that stake, was among tho Gallaher Bros, horses that arrived here today from. Windsor. Chilhowee had a long rest during the summer and is in grand condition for the fall campaign. He will be started in a couple of races to have him on edge for his engagement in the International Special No. 3, in which he will be one of Americas defenders against the French in- vader, Epinard.
