CLEVELAND TURF NOTES CLEVELAND, O., Sept 24. J. A. Fouts was an arrival from Vancouver with seven head. Jockey E. Sporri accompanied the string. P. Hinphy saddled Double Shot, winner of the first and Barbara Palmer, in the absence of Gene Lutz, who is at Latonia. J. R. Clark was an arrival from New York with two head which he purchased at Aqueduct. Owing to the number of tracks now running there is a scarcity of riders at the local course, but more are expected in a few days.
