Won driving; second and third the same. JUNE DAY raced into the lead scon after the start and kept it to the end, but had to be shaken . up to withstand the rush of SORLINE. The latter was outpaced in the early racing, came fast in the stretch and was running fastest of all at the finish. TEST OF TIME ran well and finished gamely. LADY NEWTOWN ran a good race. Start good and slow. Won driving; second and third the same. VIRGO set a good pacefrcm the start and stood a hard stretch drive gamely, but tired and just 1 lasted long enough to finish first. MOLINERO forced a good pace all the way and finished fast. There 1 was seme bumping between the two leaders for which VIRGO was disqualified. LOTHAIR raced close "up all the way and came fast in the stretch drive, but could not get to the two leaders. FRED KINNEY ran well and finished gamely. TANGERINE was badly outpaced in the early running, but closed up fast through the stretch, but ran below his best form. The latter, racing in vastly improved 1 form, finished fast and would have been the winner in another twenty yards. POPPYE was in close 2 quarters in the early racing, but was brought to the outside on the stretch turn and finished fast and 1 gamely, TOP O TU MORNING raced well. CDTAPLET tired after racing prominently to the last turn. TEN CAN quit after setting the pace to the e last turn. Scratched 83791 Eye Bright, 107.
