CLEVELAND TURF NOTES CLEVELAND, Ohio, Sept. 29. Nig from the General Lee stable has blisted and will be on the shelf for some time. Jockey E. Foutz was an arrival from Vancouver and had his first mount on Come On Sam in the first race. A staff of workmen are busy constructing a three-quarter-mile chute which it is expected will be ready this week. 1 Jockey O. Pernia was taken to the city hospital today to submit to an X-ray examination of his injured foot
