DUKE TO RETURN TO AMERICA SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, Sept 29. William Duke has submitted his resignation as trainer of the Aga Khans French racing stable to take effect in November. He will return to America to assume charge of a large racing stable there but the identy of his new employer has not been made pulic as yet.
