BLACK GOLDS DAM DEAD LATONIA, Ky., Oct 4. Hanley Webb, trainer of Black Gold, was apprised by Horace Davis of the death Friday night at Blue Ridge. Heights Stock Farm, of the mare Useeit, dam of Black Gold. Death was due to intestinal trouble. At the time of her death Useeit had a weanling colt, brother to Black Gold, at her side.
