fleischmann s first victory in France SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, Oct 4. Julius Fleischmann realized a quick return on a thoroughbred investment at Longchamps this afternoon when Dandiprat, a three-year-old colt by Sans Le Sou, which he purchased this .morning from Aga Khan, carried his colors to victory in the Prix Des Fortifications. Thomas McCreery, trainer for the Fleischmann stable in the United States, asked William Duke to saddle Dandiprat for the race, and Guy Garner, the American rider was given the mount. Dandiprat won cleverly by half a length. There were eight starters in the race. The victory was the first scored by the Fleischmann colors in France.
