EMPIRE TRACK NOTES YONKERS, X. Y., Oct. 23. Joe Healey will race a small stable at Havana this coming winter. J. W. May will ship the II. M. Howard Stable from here to Pimlico next week. Sfx horses comprise the string. The stewards announced later in the afternoon that the further entry of Upsal had been ordered refused for inconsistent running. E. J. Tranter has received many additional entries for the Fasig-Tipton sale of horses in training at auction Tuesday in the Empire City paddock. The most important of the recent consignments was when W. R. Coe sent nine to the sale. Theso are the two-year-olds Hootch, Alkali Ike, Teton, Old Crow, Snakebite, Sweet Grass, White Lights, Sing On and the three-year-old Chop Sticks.
