MEMORIAL FOR G. D. BRYAN LAUREL, Md., Oct. 25. Out of respect to G. D. Bryan, Jr., who died at Atlantic City a few days ago, the name of the Southern Maryland Handicap, to be run at Bowie on Saturday, November 22, will be changed to the Gadsen D. Bryan Memorial Handicap and will be continued annually under that name. The race is at a mile for all ages and has an added value of 0,000. Mr. Bryan was a partner of James F. OHara in the ownership of Bowie and other courses. j
