HAVANAS PROGRAM BOOK Purses Range in Value From 00 to ,500 Complete Roster of .Track Officials. LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct 27. The program book of the first seven days racing at Oriental Park, Havana, beginning November 29, was distributed among horsemen at Churchill Downs during the day. It is a diversified offering of races for various class horses with purses ranging from 00 in value to ,500. All stakes, purses and obligations are guaranteed by H. D. Brown. Tho following is the complete roster or officers and racing officials as announced: Officers : H. D. Brown, managing director ; F. J. Bruen, general manager; J. F; Milton, assistant manager ; H. W.
