I PIMLICO TRACK NOTES BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 3. Young April, which P. E. Fitzgerald claimed from the Lilane Stable at Laurel, will run in the interest of J. H. Shea. The sixth race on Tuesdays program was declared off and a claiming race at a mile and a sixteenth substituted. . E. F. Whitney sold Tall Grass to Mrs. Stanley Wilson, who will campaign tlie two-year-old at Miami during the winter. C. J. Fitz Gerald added Dimmesdale to the sale to be conducted here May 13 by Chas. F. Hill, and Joseph E. Widener named Grenadier and Sea Skipper to go under the hammer. Jim Flint will make riding engagements for J. Burke and J. Dawson in addition to C. Allen. Roger Minton came with the Odom Stable and will handle the books of II. Thurber and H. Richards. Frank Flannery was among the New York arrivals. Johnny Callahan, who wound up his season in New York in brilliant style, is here to ride for AV. R. Coe. Another arrival from the same place was Jack Richardson. Wilkes-Barres saddle slipped while he was at exercise this morning. His rider was unseated and he ran away two and a half miles. Frank Kearns made his autumn appearance in Maryland. A. R. Loudon of the Hmilton Jockey Club watched the races from the clubhouse. J. Pierce came from New York to ride in the Manly Steeplechase. He was disappointed and returned to Belmont Park to pilot Surf tomorrow. He won with the latter there on Saturday.
