CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES LOUISVILLE,- Ky., Nov. 3. The stewards suspended jockeys F. Sharpe and R, Harrington for the remainder of the meeting for rough riding in the first race. The majority of the owners racing here will finish out the Kentucky season at Lexington before departing for winter racing grounds.
