KEENELAND FARM PLANS Training Track Now Being Built There Also New Water System Will Be Installed. LEXINGTON, Ky., Dec. 3. J. O. Keene Is building a training track at his Keeneland Farm, which will be one of the most complete in the country. On it will be prepared the future Keeneland racers. Mr. Keene is also completing, .a. p.e.w water system at his! farm, including the erection of a hundred thousandrgallon .water, tank, . When Sumpter won at Bowie the past week, Keene said he was tempted to raise the fee on his stallion Sand Mole, sire of Sumpter and brother to Mahubah, dam of Man o War, but for the fact that the fee had already been advertised. Keene leaves Friday to superintend some improvements at Raceland track, of which he is general manager, and from there will go on to New York for the Simms sale.
