RACING AT HOT SPRINGS? NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 3. C. Buxton, who has been at Hot Springs for the last month, was among todays arrivals. Buxton appears greatly benefitted by his sojourn at Hot Springs. He stated that there is building activity at Oaklawn and that the prevailing opinion at Hot Springs is that the prospects are bright for a race meeting there .next spring.
