I 9 ODONNELL AT TIJUANA SAN DIEGO, Cal., Dec. 10. Jockey Steve ODonnell arrived here yesterday and will ride the horses which C. C. Van Meter is training for the estate of Frank J. Kelley, about eighteen in number, and including Mission Peak, a potential Tijuana Derby candidate. ODonnell looks in excellent health and said he will make 105 pounds. His engagements will be made by Eddie Thomas, assistant to starter Harry Morrissey on the Canadian tracks, who is also looking after Reggie Fisher, a light weight apprentice under contract to Commander J. K. L. Ross, and already a frequent winner at the local meeting.
