MICHIGAN LAW INVALID LANSING, Mich.. Dec. 11. The Michigan anti-gambling law enacted by the last legislature was held to be unconstitutional by the state Supreme Court today. The decision held there was no record to show that the act was read the required three times before the assembly and that it therefore is invalid. The law prohibited publication of betting odds on horse races and also contained a clause providing punishment for gambling in any form.
