TUSCANY S FINE FOAL LEXINGTON, Ky., April 1— Tuscany, a daughter of Rock Sand and Tuscan, by St. Blaise, yesterday foaled a brown colt by Fair Play at the Nursery Stud and is to be returned to Fair Play. This colt is a good-looking representative of the crossings of blood lines by which the late Maj. August Belmont produced the wonderful Man o War and other highly useful, though less spectacular race horses. Tuscany and her foal will go under the hammer at the Nursery Stud dispersal sale here on May 15.
