McLENNANS NEW CONTRACT HAVRE DE GRACE. Md.. April 18.— Joseph 10. MeLnnuui has severed his connection with the Canadian Racing Associations and ho has been signed for five years with the Harford Association at Havre de Grace and this made it impossible for him to continue, with the Canadian Racing Asscciatlons tracks. Mr. McLennan has also been engaged as racing secretary for the Con-naught Park Jockey Club.
