PICAROONS CRAVEN STAKES LONDON. England, April 18.— The Craven Stakes, for three-year-olds, run over the Rowley Mile at Newmarket Friday, was won by the odds-on favorite, A. R. Coxs brown colt. Picaroon, by Beppo — Ciceronetta. P. Bullock had the winning mount, coming away to win easily by a length and a half, a popular victory. Lord Astors bay colt. Cross Bow. was second, ridden by Brennan, two lengths ahead of Sir John Rutherfords Solario, ridden by Beary.
