Won easily; second and third driving. NORTHERN MISS raced into a clear lead after rounding the stretch turn and easily held the race safe all of the last eighth. MULLIGAN raced well and outgamed FREDA D. in the final drive. FUEDA 1. set a fast early pace and tired in the stretch. BATHILDE SETH was forced to race on the outside on most of the turns. Won driving; second and third the same. BESSIE HOPE displayed the most speed throughout, but was tiring at the end and driving hard to retain her advantage. PRIVATE PEAT gained steadily after going half the distance and was wearing the winner down. ATTOO, outrun early, finished resolutely and outgamed LOYALTY. The latter tired badly. CONCEAL was worked out an extra quarter mile. SATANA tired. SQUIRE WIGGINS suffered from early interference. GOLDEN LOCKS closed up gamely in the stretch and finished fast. THE AHBOT had no mishaps and finished gamely, although tiring. MARY DEAR showed early speed, but tired in the last eighth. PRINCESS JANE ran well but was tiring at the end. JALNEBAR began slowly and was never prominent.
