J FAIRM0UNT PARK NOTES OOREINSVIRKE. 111.. June 24. H. G. Bedwells Cudgeller was worked a mile- this morning for his start in the Jefferson Hotel Handicap that will have its decision Saturday and in which he will again try conclusions with the redoubtable Captain Hal. Cudgeller covered the distance in 1 :4P%, and accomplished his task in convincing style. Forenoon, which came here from I.atonia with Cudgeller. is destined to start in the Valley Stakes on July 3. Royal Princess, owned by W. H. Blanton, was shipped here from Aurora. The Penthorn Stable has made an aecpuisi-tion by the purchase of the two-year-old «Ioud Idolizer from th.- Mira Monte Stable. W. T. Anderson was advised today by C. B. Irwin racing at Omaha, that F. Taylor, under contract to the Chula Vista stable, had suffered a fractured leg at the Omaha track Wednesday. E. K. Major and J. B. Partridge shipped their stables to Windsor. Canada. Thursday.
