RULING AGAINST WOODMAN TIJUANA. Mexico, April 2. — The stewards today issued the following statement in answer to an apologetic telegram received from trainer A. G. Woodman, who, it is said, recently made some strong assertions against the Tijuana officials concerning Cot-logomors defeat in the Cof froth Handicap: "The denial by trainer A. G. Woodman of all responsibility for the statements attributed to him in connection with Cotlogomors race in the Coffroth Handicap is not acceptable to the stewards of the Tijuana Jockey Club. Woodmans license has been withdrawn and he stands suspended. The stewards will not consider his repudiation of the published interview unless supported by affidavits. Signed THE STEWARDS."
