TROUBLE OVER LAUSCHER NEW ORLEANS. La., April 2.— The stewards received a letter today from the parents of jockey W. Lauscher, who resides in Louisville, stating they had not given their consent to the transfer of his contract. Investigation disclosed the fact that the original contract was held by Seamster and Barnett, who sold it to Charles Ferraro, who resold it to R E. Leischleiter and W. Perkins. The stewards ruled the contract could not be legally transferred without the written consent of the boys parents and unless they signed the transfers the boy would have to go back with Seamster and Barnett.
