FREEMAN NOTES CHANGES LEXINGTON, Ky.. April 29.— Patsy Freeman, who in the late nineties figured as one of the prominent riders in this country and who has for the past twenty-five years devoted his turf activities to tracks in France and Spain as jockey and trainer, intends to secure a stable of horses with a view to campaigning them on western tracks. "There is considerable change in present-day American racing from what I used to know in the old days," said Freeman. "Then appears to be more interest in the sport; the attendance is much larger and the race tracks I have visited since my return from France all seem vastly superior in appointment and capacity to the tracks I knew before going abroad."
