: 3 MIAMI RACING TO GO ON NEW YORK, N. Y., June 22,-Jo-seph M. Smoot, president of the Miami Jockey Club, was a visitor at Aqueduct today. He said that there would be no interruption" of the racing at the Hialeah course" next year. Already plans have been perfected for next winter and he said announcement for the meeting with the stakes to be offered would be made during August. He made the proud boast that the Miami Jockey Club, from the beginning, has kept every promise with both the public and the horsemen and that if he did not know positively that the promises for 1928 would be religiously .kept he would not make his statement. There is no intention of curtailing the Miami meeting, but Mr. Smoot said the announcement of the stakes and other plans would be forthcoming in August. 4 f
