Won easily; second and third driving. DINGO began fast, raced into a long lead in the first half mile and won eased up. WARFIELD moved up steadily after going three-eighths and gamely outfinished DUCKWEED. The latter suffered from crowding on the first turn, then raced wide and finished well. WIDGEON tired after running, a good three-quarters. NORSEMAN raced far back for the first half mile, but tired after moving up on the stretch turn. FRANKMAN quit early. Won driving; second and third the same. COLONEL SHAW began well, but was forced back on the stretch turn, then forced his way through on the inside of the leaders in the stretch and appeared ready to draw away from PELLE-GRINO after taking the lead in the last eighth, but tired near the end. FELLEGRINO raced into tiio lead witli a rush after going three-eighths and swerved in near the eighth post, but finished best when straightened out. WELLET raced far back early and tired after closing a big gap. BOURBON, hard ridden from the start, showed the most. speed to the stretch, where he quit. DUFFS TIME began sluggishly and closed a big gap. STORMY PORT suffered from interference in the stretch, n EN GIST tired badly. MUM RUFFIN and HELEN CARTER were done after going a quarter. COL. BOARD was badly outrun. Won handily; second and third driving KENTUCKY CARDINAL raced closest up from the start and, passing -FAIR STAR after goinaj seven-eighths, easily held BINARY STAR safe through the last seventy yards. The latter swerved ln sharply after the start and was cut off bh the first turn, but raced prominently after going the firstl quarter and finished fast FAIR STAR, also in close quarters on the first turn, raced liito the lead quickly and saved ground on the turns, but tired after entering the stretch.
