ORGANIZE IN VIRGINIA ALEXANDRIA. Va.. April 5.— A meeting, which may mean much for the future of racing in Virginia, was held here yesterday, which was attended by every prominent breeder in the state. They organized what will be known as the Virginia Horse Breeders Association. Addresses were made by Willis Sharpe Kilmer. E. B. McLean and Adm. Carey T. Crayson. Governor Westmoreland Davis, of Virginia, presided, and the following were named as a board of directors : B. D. Jones. Capt. P. M. Walker. William Dupont. Jr., Kenneth L. Gilpin, D. L. Sands, Dr. E.
