« JEFFORDS" NEW RIDER HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 20.— Joe Ponce has entered the employ of Walter M. Jeffords. Ponce rides at ninety-eight pounds. His brother Clyde, who recently returned from Europe, is seeking an engagement to ride in Canada. He was a good rider before going abroad and can still do as light as 105 pounds.
