VOYAGI rushed into the lead at once and saved ground where possible, but could not withstand the winner when challenged. GOLDEN COLNA was close up from the start, but tired in the last quarter. RECOGNITION was hard ridden throughout. SCOTCH MIST raced fairly well. The inside horses at the barrier were crowded back soon after the start and had no chani e. JAKE JACOBY was practically left. THE HEATHEN carried his weight well and set a fast early pace and ran out on the stretch turn, then swerved back to the inner rail and, coming again, made a game finish. t.RACIOFS GIFT, outrun early, finished fast. SINGLE STAR was in close quarters between the leaders at the half-mile mark and had to be eased back.
