MINT DINAH, close up from the start, responded to hard riding when called on and, passing the leaders, was going away at the end. LIGHT AIR also raced close up from the start and outgamed POETICULE in the final strides. The latter showed the most early speed and raced gamely, but wax tiring at the end. GOLD BET was next to the inside rail all the way and tired near the" end. MY BOY FRIEND was eased up in the final sixteenth. MANCTIU, on the ouside, ran well throughout HYPNOTISM quit. MtiRDINE raced into the lend shortly after the start, saved ground where possible and had no mishaps. TIFFIN ran well throughout BRAMSTAR had no mishaps. CLAPTRAP could never get up.
