JOCKEYS DENIED LICENSES TORONTO. Ont.. May 22.— The stewards of the Ontario Jockey Club tabled the applications for licenses from jockeys J. Chalmers, N. Barrett, H. Howard, M. Schwartz and M. Fishman and referred their cases to the committee of the Canadian Racing Association. A like action was also taken in the application of B. E. Chapman for a trainers license. On receipt of the news, Chalmers made a hurried departure and returned to New "iork.
