HORSES MUST BE SCHOOLED TOKOXTO, Ont, May 22.— The following notices were posted in the secretarys office : "Owners and trainers are reminded that it is contrary to the rules of racing to enter or run a horse that has not been satisfactorily schooled at the starting barrier. "All applications for . licenses, assumed names, authorized agents, colors and contracts should be filed in time to be considered at the meeting of the committee of the Canadian Racing Association on Friday morning, May 25, 1928."
