EUONYMOIS. nhvavs close up. quickly raced past YOLSEL and THUNDER CALL and, taking the lead when entering the stretch, outfinished TANGLEFOOT. The latter inoed up gradually in the first half mile, made a game hallenge in the stretch and was slowly wearing the winner down. BILLY McFADDEN was outpaced to the last turn, then came through on the inside and also made a challenge In the last eighth, but tired. THUNDER CALL showed the most early speed, but began tiring badly ■when nearing the stretch turn. YOLSEL ran well for the first half, then quit. Won easily; second and third driving. ONE WAY raced in close up pursuit of DARK ANGEL for the first half mile and when the latter tired in the stretch took the lead and kept it. DARK ANGEL, hard ridden, set a good pace before tiring and then raced well to save second place. MIAMI TRIAD raced well, but was unable to improve over third i lace. SCOTLAND FOREVER dropped far back nt the start, but gained gradually and closed a big gap. SLEEPY HEAD and AZURE tired. The latter began poorly, but closed an immense gap and almost got up to win. WAPONOCA forced the pace and raced close up to the stretch, then took the lead briefly, but tired. LORD VALENTINE set a good pace for the first three-quarters, but began tiring and •was done in the stretch. LUCENT ran a bad race. SOANSO and HARRY CARROLL showed early speed, but quit. Ctrl HAM moved up fast in the stretch and reached the winner near the end, but was outfinished. MAZETTA showed speed and raced well to the stretch, but quit. The latter was restrained for t lie lirst three-quarters, but moved up fast thereafter and, gaining on the winner fast at the end. would have won at a longer distance. THISTLE BEAUTY, ciose up all the way, made a bold bid on the outside in the stretch, threatening the winner, but tired. JEAN BOND gained much ground. EDITH GRAY raced clo e up for the first three-quarters, then tired. JANE BKOOKEB quit.
