LATONIA, Ky., June 29.— Of the likely starters for the coming renewal of the 0,-000 added Independence Handicap to be run at Latonia on July 4, Rolled Etc eking, the double stake winner during the meeting, owned by J. W. Parrish, was assigned 126 pounds, according to weights announced today. The race, having eighty-six eligibles from among the three-year-olds and over, will be decided over a distance of a mile and three-sixteenths. Crusader was given top weight of 128 pounds, with Jock next, with just one pound less. Toro, with an assignment of 116 pounds, has an allotment just one pound more than Misstep.
