» _ PARRISH STAR SHOWS SPEED LATONIA, Ky., June 29.— Rolled Stocking, the good handicap performer of J. W. Par-rish, this morning galloped a mile and an eighth in 2 :01 easily over the muddy Latonia track. The trial was in preparation for his engagement in the Independence Handicap to be run here next Wednesday. He ran the quarter in :25, half mile in :52 /5, three-quarters in 1 :20 and mile in 1 :45%.
