C. R. A. OFFICIALS RULING Owner D. Montour, Trainer A. E. Braine and Jockeys P. Goodwin and M. Fishman Suspended. OTTAWA, Ont., June 8. — Following are a duplicate of the official rulings handed down by the committee of the Canadian Racing Associations at the meeting held in the club house at Connaught Park Friday : "NOTICE — Failing to furnish any satisfactory explanation of the in-and-out performance of the horse Alleviator at the meeting of the Connaught Park Jockey Club, owner D. Montour and trainer A. E. Braine are suspended and the entry of all horses owned, or in charge of either, will not be accepted at any meeting under the regulations of the Canadian Racing Associations. The horses included in this ruling at present are : Alleviator, Galloping Dawn, Edna Z., Fairnet and Iristados. "For concealing important information when questioned by the stewards in connection with the race of Alleviator on June 5, jockey P. Goodwins license is suspended. "The license of jockey M. Fishman was withdrawn for improper associations on the race course and for endeavoring to deceive the stewards in their inquiries."
