OUTSTANDING ENTRY LIST Nearly All Best Two -Year-Olds of 1929 Eligibles for Travers Midsummer Derby. SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y., April 9. Next summers revival of the Travers Midsummer Derby, Saratogas big gallop of one mile and a quarter for three-year-olds, which should gross close to 5,000 and pay its winner in the neighborhood of 0,000, is almost as well off in the matter of entries as it would have been if it had remained open until this year as have the coming renewals of the Kentucky and American Derbys and the Preakness Stakes. If it is not to attract Flying Heels, winner of the Tijuana Futurity, Nursery Handicap and Pimlico Futurity renewals of last season ; Sarazen II., winner of the Youthful and Tremont ; Dedicate, winner of the Eastern Shore Handicap: Gone Away, which split Whichone and Boojum at the finish of the Champagne at Belmont Park last September, and Polygamous and three or four other colts and fillies that distinguished themselves in the two-year-old racing of the season past, there are still on its eligible list eighty-eight and among these are the big stake winners: Whichone, winner of the Saratoga Special, Champagne and Futurity. Gallant Knight, winner of the Breeders Futurity. Desert Light, winner of the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes. Goose Egg, winner of the Spinaway. Flying Gal, winner of the Schuylerville.
