I LEXINGTON TURF NOTES LEXINGTON, Ky., April 12. . Wamba and Leo, two thoroughbreds in training, were sold yesterday to satisfy judgment of the case of Charles A. Asbury versus A. J. Marshall and E. F. Vollner. Asbury purchased the horses, Wamba bringing 25 and Leo 50. Otto W. Lehmann, president of the Arlington Park Jockey Club, arrived today and will make a stay of two weeks. The Lehmann stable of horses is at the local track in charge of William E. Pinch. Phyllis Gentry foaled a bay colt by Harpen-den, while Sister Vincena has a bay filly by Transmute, according to Dr. W. E. Coover, who owns the mares in partnership with Dr. E. E. Watson. A prized arrival at H. P. Headleys Beaumont Farm is a bay colt by Apprehension Mandy Hamilton. The healthy youngster is a half-brother to Supremus and Handy Mandy. Jockey R. Heigle checked in and affiliated with the stable of Charles W. Bidwill, here in charge of Roy Slomer. Ralph L. Jurden, prominent patron of Kansas City, Mo., is a visitor. He maintains the Rockledge Stud at Martin City, Mo., and has the young stallion Almadel in service there.
