TOM YOUNG AT LOUISVILLE LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 12. Tom Young got back from Chicago, where he supervised the erection of four new barns at Washington Park. Many improvements are to. be made at Washington Park before the meeting gets under way this spring. He is having 100 flat cars of sand loam loaded here to be shipped to Latonia to resoil the Covington track.
