GALLANT KNIGHT ENTERED Is Named for Cleveland Derby DerbyAfter After His Engagement Engagementat at Fairmount CLEVELAND Ohio May 22 Million ¬ aires row at Thistle Down received another addition when three horses the property of W R Coe New Yorks wealthy sportsman who is owner of the Shoshone Ranch in Wyoming arrived at the track included in the string which Col Phil T Chinn sent here in charge of J W Murphy Mr Coes horses were Donnancamore Garock and Tolylith Three more of Mr Coes are on the way here The horses sent by Colonel Chinn included Blinkers Dona Ban Dreenaville Ueenie Blue Heron Friar Choice McGlick Painted Angel Sweet Benore and Colonel Eastwood EastwoodMose Mose Goldblatt called up from Louisville and stated that some of the Harry Payne Whitney horses would be shipped here im ¬ mediately upon the close of Louisville on Saturday night In the lot are two horses qonsigned for the Cleveland Derby DerbyThe The morning mail also brought the entry of the Audley Stock Farms crack colt Gallant Knight which finished second in the Ken ¬ tucky Derby last Saturday The colt will run in the Fairmount Derby the coming Saturday and his next engagement will be in the Cleve ¬ land Derby June 7 This makes both the runnersup to Gallant Fox in the Preakness and Derby potential candidates for Cleve ¬ lands classic classicMose Mose Lowenstein also sent the entry of Maudlin for the Cleveland Derby This colt is the property of the Le Mar Stock Farm owned by Leo Marks Maudlin is by Upset the only horse to beat Man o War in his racing sarerr and the sire of Misstep also the property of the Le Mar Stock Farm and one ot the great handicap horses of the country Horses continue to pour into Thistle Down and the overflow is being sent to Bainbridge and Cranwood
