GRANT CANADIAN LICENSES C. R. A. License Committee Grants Papers to Trainers and Jockeys — Rescinds Two Rulings. TORONTO, Ont., May 12.— The License Committee of the Canadian Racing Association issued licenses to several trainers and jockeys at a special meeting held at the Leader Lane offices, Monday morning. The committee also announced that the rulings against J. R. Gregory, made in 1914, and George B. Hennessy, made in 1921, had been terminated, restoring them to good standing.
