The latter beyan well after acting badlv at the barrier and was alwavs close up. EASTER BOY closed gamelv on the outside. THISTLE DUKE tired. FOXY SETH was outpaced. FORTUNA MIA came gamely to catch THISTLE LASS in the stretch and drew away in the last eighth and won as she pleased. THISTLE LASS took a clear lead on the stretch turn, but could not resist the winner. LADY NOYES dashed into contention on the outside soon after the start and was close up to the end. ESSENTIAL raced fairly well. BEGGAR LADY and GENERAL ORMONT were among those that suffered in a jam on the far turn and both were knocked out of contention. ANAVAH beean slowly.
