HAGYARD NOW SOLE OWNER LEXINGTON, Ky., May 13.— Dr. Charles E. Hagyard today became the purchaser of the Greenridge Farm, adjoining Elmendorf, on the Paris Pike. He purchased the 174 acres for 34 per acre, a total of 9,716. The farm was owned jointly by Dr. Hag-yard and Jack Bryan, and was sold by public auction to divide the partnership. Dr. Hagyard stated that he will improve the farm and continue it as a breeding and boarding establishment for thoroughbred horses.
