w JOCKEY A FISCHER INJURED AURORA, May 18.— Jockey A. Fischer, one of the leading riders at the meeting, was injured this morning when he was thrown from Syrell. Another horse galloping close behind Fischers mount stepped on the lads back and he was removed to the hospital. Jockey L. J. Cunningham substituted on most of his mounts.
