Ky., arrived from the Michigan city and will remain for the closing days of the meeting. Pat ONeil has arranged to van to Lexington the two horses he has here. After a short rest at the Kentucky Association course they will be shipped to Latonia. A. E. Van Ree intends to give Stupendous, Perkins and others he has for Mrs. A. E. Van Ree a short rest at Churchill Downs between the termination of this meeiing and the opening at Latonia. The Van Ree horses are now quartered at Douglas Park, but will be transferred to the Downs Sunday to await shipment to the Milldale course. T. L. "Dory" Pierce completed i-.rrange-ments tor the shipment of the sL: horses he has here to Latonia. Pierce received word that the Valley Lake Stables Prince Rock and Dizzy, Tom Piatts Espionnge, E. C. Kirkleys Chattercat and W. D. Hamiltons Zean unloaded at Latonia from Lexington this morning. Pierce will have eleven horses for the Covington meeting. The W. F. Axton stable is scheduled for shipment to Washington Park Saturday night.
