JEFFERSON RULES OFF TWO Mrs. Gregorys Stable Reinstated After Probe Into Death of Madam Florence. NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 1. T. C. Bradley and J. T. Ireland, Jefferson Park stewards, have closed the investigation of charges made against J. R. "Red" Gregory, said to have been made during an investigation of the sudden death of the filly Madam Florence following her latest performance at Jefferson Park, by ruling off the course A. J. Zolman and Joe Fenton. The horses of Mrs. Cecil Gregory, suspended from racing pending the investigation, were restored to good standing. The ruling reads: "For practices detrimental to the best interests of racing, A. J. Zolman and Joe Fenton are ruled off the course. The- suspension of Mrs. Cecil Gregorys horses has this day been removed."
