HIALEAH PARK GOSSIP . W. J. Norton, trainer for the Eastland Farms, and C. V. B. Cushman were arrivals at Hialeah Park. They have arranged for six stalls for horses which will be shipped within a few days. Captain Kinnarney, chief of the gate staff at Hialeah Park, has notified all operators of public vehicles that they must receive an entry permit to gain admission to the grounds. Chris Cornehlsen, associate placing judge at Hialeah Park and all Jockey Club tracks, arrived from New York. J. B. Brown, auditor in the racing secretarys office, also got in over the week-end. Frank Stevens is busy with the details of arranging the luncheon which Charles E. Munn, president of the Automatic Totalizator, Inc., will tender the turf and sports writers in the club house at Hialeah Park on Friday. E. C. Smith, associate steward at Hialeah Park, arrived Saturday from his home in Gloucester, Mass. Mr. Smith is an official on all Jockey Club tracks. Henry McDaniel, first trainer for Joseph ; E. Widener, was an arrival.
