PHAR LAP DUE AT AGUA TODAY AGUA CALIENTE. Jan. 25. Phar Lap arrives at Agua Caliente Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 p. m. D. J. Davis, after a conference with James N. Crofton last night, made the announcement .that Phar Lap will be shipped from Tanforan for Agua Caliente Monday night in charge of trainer Woodstock. He arrives at San Diego at noon Tuesday. There he will be hooked onto the race track train, reaching the Agua Caliente siding at 2:30 oclock. Mr. Davis stated he had no objection to parading the champion around the Agua Caliente course after his arrival if he ships well. - Davis has agreed not to race Phar Lap at any other track until the Agua Caliente meeting is completed. After that, if the champion is successful here, he will be sent on an international tour. "I am perfectly satisfied with the arrangements I have made-with Mr. Crofton," Davis said.
